Workforce Development

Home Repairs for Good currently has two workforce development programs. One is the BY Plus Program where we provide the on-site work experience to trainees learning construction skills and earning their industry recognized certifications. The second is our Growth Program. This program’s objective is to provide avenues of speciality to individuals that may not otherwise have the opportunity to gain those specialities, certifications or know to pursue them.
